Job summary

Alpaca is seeking a Solutions Engineer for Turkey/EMEA to be the go-to technical expert for enterprise partners across the region. You will bridge technical and business conversations, support enterprise customers, and expand our partner network with strong API knowledge and Turkish fluency.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to design solutions, guide API integration, and ensure compliant, scalable implementations, while traveling as needed within Turkey/EMEA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting enterprise/B2B customers in a technical role.
• Native or business-level Turkish essential for partner, vendor, and regulator communications.
• Business-level English for collaboration with global, cross-functional teams.
• Experience with API or SaaS-first companies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and relationship management for existing enterprise customers in Turkey/EMEA, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the partner lifecycle.
• Partner with the Sales and Solutions teams on pre-sales technical discussions, solution design, and API consultations, presenting product and technical use cases to clients.
• Guide new enterprise customers through API integration, implementation, and onboarding.
• Translate Turkish requirements into clear specifications for Alpaca's global engineering team.
• Serve as product/technical expert to articulate all aspects of the platform to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with local compliance and operations to understand regional product requirements.
• Own end-to-end Solutions engagements: discovery, validation, RFPs, security questionnaires, lead demos.
• Create Turkish collateral and documentation for new features.
• Coordinate in Turkish with regulators, vendors, and partners and relay needs to global teams.
• Help customers adopt the platform while maintaining high support standards; travel within Turkey/EMEA as needed.
• Stay updated on product timelines and test rollouts with the product team.
