Alpaca is seeking a Sr. Sales Engineer to be the technical bridge for enterprise partners worldwide. You will blend API know-how with business acumen, supporting pre-sales, API integration, and post-sale success while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

5+ years supporting enterprise/B2B customers in technical sales or solutions roles.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, and integration workflows.
Ability to translate complex tech concepts into simple terms.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and relationship management for existing enterprise customers.
Collaborate with Sales on pre-sales discussions, solution design, and API use cases.
Guide customers through API integration, onboarding, and adoption.
Translate customer requirements into clear specs for product/engineering.
Own end-to-end technical sales engagements, including demos and RFPs.
Create materials and docs for new features and products.
Coordinate with regulators and partners to relay requirements.
