Job summary

Sierra is seeking an experienced sales enablement leader to drive productivity for its European sales and sales engineering teams. You will create enablement programs, onboard cohorts, and leverage AI to accelerate content creation and coaching.

You will teach best practices for using AI outputs, ensure GDPR compliance in training, and track adoption with leadership. This role requires independent work with regional teams and close collaboration with global sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement at a B2B software company.
• Experience adapting centrally built programs for a regional audience.
• Evidence of leadership: prior people management or leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver enablement programs for European sales teams.
• Use AI tools to create content, run AI-driven role-play, and provide self-serve answers to sellers.
