Job summary

Scale AI seeks a Head of Solutions Engineering for the EMEA region to lead technical pre-sales efforts and build a high-impact SE organization. You will partner with Sales and regional leadership to define and execute technical strategies for complex deals and ensure successful customer engagements.

You will recruit, mentor, and scale the SE team across EMEA, focusing on technical excellence and operationalizing pre-sales processes.
