Qualifications
- Leadership experience in solutions consulting or equivalent
- Coaching and developing a team of consultants
- Experience operating across multiple regions (EMEA/Global) preferred

- Collaborate with regional or segment sales leaders to allocate SC resources effectively
- Participate in opportunities as a Solutions Consultant, SME, or Value Engineer
- Report to the EMEA Solutions Consulting Leader and help shape regional strategy
