Atlassian is seeking a senior leader for Solutions Engineering to mentor a growing team in an AI-first sales environment. You will shape training programs that boost technical depth, AI fluency, and consultative selling skills across global teams.

You will define Metrics that Matter, align SE resources across regions, and drive strategic collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to accelerate growth in the Strategic and Enterprise segments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales engineering in a leadership role within a global, high-growth technology environment.
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills with a focus on continuous learning.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and sales.
• Ability to translate field signals into actionable product and GTM input.
• Fluency in German and English is a plus for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of Solutions Engineers in an AI-first sales environment.
• Develop training programs to enhance technical depth, AI fluency, and consultative sales skills.
• Define and operationalize Metrics that Matter to drive business results.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define SE strategy aligned to the Strategic segment.
• Lead high-impact sales pursuits across EMEA with executive stakeholders during the full lifecycle.
