Applied Intuition is seeking a Senior People Business Partner for EMEA, primarily Germany, Sweden, and England. You will serve as the senior People leader for the region, directing onboarding through exit, and partnering with HQ in Sunnyvale to implement global programs locally.

You will drive talent planning, org design, and leadership development across multiple countries. You will own regional People strategy, manage relationships with country leaders, payroll, benefits, and legal teams, and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years partnering with senior leaders.
• Broad HR remit: employee relations, compensation, payroll and leave administration, performance, org design, and engagement.
• Knowledge of Germany, Sweden, England employment practices; ability to engage local counsel as needed.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate business goals into talent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Be the senior People leader and strategist for EMEA; translate regional business goals into talent decisions.
• Lead end-to-end People programs for the region (onboarding through exit).
• Direct stakeholders across the lifecycle with HQ People Operations, Payroll, Legal, Total Rewards, and local advisers.
• Connect Sunnyvale and EMEA; ensure regional perspectives influence global decisions.
• Lead growth, expansion, and leadership transitions with a clear plan and follow-through.
• Increase talent density by coaching managers and driving calibration and talent reviews.
