Qualifications

Senior HRBP or People leadership experience in high-growth environments.
Ability to translate business strategy into proactive People initiatives.
Strong expertise in organizational design and workforce planning.
Experience influencing senior leaders and partnering across cultures.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary People partner to managers and leaders in EMEA, understanding growth strategy and dynamics.
Translate business priorities into proactive People and organizational strategies, identifying risks early.
Partner with leaders on complex organizational decisions and embed People in business planning.
Work with global teams to adapt programs for regional needs and drive adoption.
