Xplor Technologies is seeking an SDR Manager to lead and scale outbound SDR for the EMEA region. You will recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing SDR team while driving predictable pipeline for Account Executives.

This hands-on leadership role requires experience building outbound teams, establishing prospecting best practices, and ramping new hires. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, and Revenue Leadership to improve performance and build a scalable development
