ServiceNow is seeking a senior sales leader to build and lead a direct Sales Executive team across the EMEA region. You will shape territory plans, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with field teams to close opportunities while developing robust forecast and pipeline management.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, executive relationships, and partner ecosystem expansion in a dynamic, flexible work environment.

Formación

• Experience leveraging AI to improve work processes or decision-making.
• Track record in new business sales with negotiation skills at C‑level.
• Strong skills in recruiting, coaching and managing a sales team.
• Strategic thinker with analytical and financial planning abilities.
• Ownership of accurate CRM reports and quarterly forecasts.
• Experience driving sales processes and partnering with Sales Ops.
• Ability to understand business drivers around IT and impact on revenue.
• Ability to build long-term senior-level relationships.
• Proven ability to grow revenue through partner ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• Build a team of Direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business growth in the region.
• Define and drive the regional sales strategy with Go-To-Market plans and competitive analysis.
• Support Field Sales in territory, opportunity development and closing deals.
• Recruit, coach and mentor team members to drive excellence.
• Develop territories and quotas, communicating expectations clearly.
• Forecast and report pipeline and performance to leadership.
• Achieve annual sales goals on quarterly and yearly basis.
• Engage with C-level customers to understand business requirements.
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Business Units, and partners.
• Maintain a strong customer experience with existing clients.
