ServiceNow in Minnesota is seeking a Regional Sales Leader to build and lead a team of direct Sales Executives, driving rapid new business growth in the region. You will shape the regional Go-To-Market, engage with Field Sales, Solution Consulting, and partners, and own territory planning, quota setting, and revenue forecasting.

This role requires a strong track record in enterprise selling at the C-level, ability to recruit and coach top performers, and a strategic mindset to grow the customer

Qualifications

• Extensive track record of new business sales success at C-level.
• Experience recruiting, coaching and managing a sales team.
• Strong strategic thinking and financial planning to meet quotas.
• Ability to build long-term strategic relationships.
• Experience with CRM and forecasting reports.

Responsibilities

• Build a team of direct Sales Executives to drive regional growth.
• Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategy for the region.
• Engage in territory planning and drive revenue with Field Sales teams.
• Recruit, coach, and mentor team members.
• Set territories and quotas and communicate expectations.
• Forecast and report pipeline to leadership.
• Achieve annual sales goals.
• Engage in C-level meetings to understand customer needs.
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Marketing, Partners, and leadership.
• Retain and grow existing customer base with regular engagement.
