Job summary

Hostaway is seeking an experienced EMEA Sales Manager to lead a fully remote, Europe-based sales team and accelerate revenue growth across the region. You will coach Account Executives, shape strategy, and drive results in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Responsibilities include setting targets, forecasting, and collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to capture market share and optimize growth across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience (EMEA preferred).
• 2–3 years in a sales management or team-lead role.
• Fluent English with proficiency in another European language.

Responsibilities

• Lead a remote Account Executive team across the EMEA region.
• Set targets, review pipelines, and coach for performance.
• Develop and execute a scalable EMEA go-to-market strategy.
• Own the sales forecast and report findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CS, and Product to optimize growth.
