Job summary

ClickUp is hiring a hands-on sales leader in London to build and direct a high-performing team across UK and EMEA. You will drive pipeline, close deals, and set rigorous operating cadences with cross-functional partners in Growth, Marketing, Ops, and Product.

You will coach Account Executives, scale outbound motions, and ensure a customer-first, value-based selling approach while delivering predictable revenue and market expansion.

Qualifications

• Seasoned SaaS sales leader with B2B experience.
• Proven ability to coach and elevate sales teams.
• Strong forecasting, analytics, and CRM literacy.
• Deep knowledge of UK and EMEA buying habits.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives across UK/EMEA.
• Drive pipeline generation, deal execution, and revenue attainment.
• Establish forecasting cadences, deal reviews, and coaching rituals.
• Hire, ramp, and retain top talent with an inclusive culture.
• Improve sales processes with data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Ops, and Product for conversions.
• Maintain customer-centric, value-based selling and governance.
• Report performance and pipeline health to senior leadership.
