Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Experience administering relational databases at scale and data modeling.
• Strong SQL and query optimization skills; PostgreSQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep technical support to customers on TimescaleDB and related products.
• Manage support cases from start to finish with a customer-first approach.
• Build and maintain close relationships with customers to ensure success.
• Continuously learn and contribute to product and process improvements.
