Job summary

You’ll investigate issues for customers’ PostgreSQL environments, gather data, and provide detailed analyses via email, chat, or voice, and you may host webinars and write blog posts. You’ll work with PostgreSQL tooling, performance tuning, backup solutions, and high-availability strategies, while helping customers solve

Qualifications

• Strong PostgreSQL hands-on experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Experience with backup and recovery tools (pgBackRest, WAL-G) and PITR.
• Familiarity with high-availability setups (Patroni, Repmgr, Stolon).
• Experience administering Linux-based systems.
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly to customers in English.

Responsibilities

• Investigate customer issues and provide detailed analysis via email or chat.
• Share screen sessions for production-impacting problems.
• Contribute to open-source content, write blog posts, and create knowledge base articles.
• Answer questions on forums and host webinars.
• Collaborate with Percona experts to resolve cases and improve documentation.
