Job summary

Canonical is hiring a Regional HR Manager for EMEA to join our People team. You will lead the EMEA HR professionals to deliver compliant operations, advise on HR issues across the employee life-cycle, and partner with senior leadership to shape the future of HR in a global, remote-first company.

You will drive talent development, succession planning, performance reviews, onboarding, culture and engagement initiatives, and partner with managers on training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR initiatives across regions within a tech/scale-up environment.
• People management experience across multiple countries.
• Strong partnering with senior stakeholders and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Canonical's regional HR team across EMEA.
• Deliver precise, compliant HR operations in a timely, accurate manner.
