Zusammenfassung

Canonical, a leading open source software company, is seeking a Lead HR Generalist for the AMER region. This remote role partners with the Americas HR Manager and global HR to drive compliant HR operations and strategic initiatives across multiple countries.

You will shape the employee life-cycle, support organizational design, performance, development, and engagement while leveraging data to inform decisions. Travel up to four times yearly is required.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading HR initiatives across regions in a technology-focused business.
• Understanding of local labor laws and competitive HR insights in LATAM is a plus.
• Strong partnership with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Deliver precise and compliant HR operations with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Americas HR Manager and Global Head of HR to drive regional and global HR initiatives.
• Lead talent development, succession planning, performance, onboarding, culture and engagement initiatives.
• Partner with managers on performance management, org design, engagement, rewards and workforce planning.
• Coordinate with HRIS to refine day-to-day HR processes.
• Coach managers on employee relations across multiple countries.
• Support delivery of training and development programs.
• Build a trusted regional partnership and drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
• Design and implement policies and high-priority HR projects globally.
