Job summary

Canonical is hiring a Senior Leader for Talent Science to deliver excellence in talent outcomes. You will own project roadmaps, drive data-driven decisions, and shape hiring strategies across the organisation.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, design scalable processes, coach team members, and influence talent agendas globally. This role is remote in the EMEA region and offers a clear path to leadership and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in psychology or related field.
• Significant experience delivering talent outcomes in tech or consulting.
• Advanced analytics using SQL, R and/or Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic Talent Science roadmap with strong project management and influence across multiple projects.
• Design and implement solutions to complex talent problems to hire exceptional people.
• Ensure talent initiatives map to career frameworks and high performance outcomes.
• Design professional processes and frameworks and collaborate with management for efficient delivery of the agenda.
• Coach and mentor team members, develop training materials and documentation to build capability.
• Represent the team in the absence of the Head of Talent Science, acting as a credible leader.
• Collaborate with Canonical leaders to communicate and realise the talent vision.
