Bloomreach is seeking a Solution Consultant to join our presales team covering EMEA, based in the Czech Republic or Slovakia. This customer‑facing role runs discovery conversations, delivers tailored product demonstrations, and translates complex platform capabilities into business outcomes.

You will work with Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services, use AI tools to accelerate demos and research, and travel for key meetings.

Qualificações

• Fluent English is required for all stakeholder discussions across Europe.
• Based in the Czech Republic or Slovakia to cover EMEA with travel.
• Experience with enterprise or mid‑market customers and understanding how buying decisions are made.
• Confidently presenting to groups from small to large audiences.
• Strong communication, discovery, and requirement‑gathering skills.
• Curiosity, structured thinking, and a proactive attitude toward AI tools.
• 2–5 years of relevant, customer‑facing experience in presales, consulting, or related roles.

Responsabilidades

• Run discovery with prospects to understand business challenges and current tech stack.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect our platform to customer use cases.
• Build and present solution concepts translating requirements into narratives about our tech.
• Support the sales cycle end‑to‑end from qualification to close with the AE.
• Handle technical questions and objections bridging business and IT needs.
• Prepare and deliver workshop‑style sessions for mid‑market and enterprise evaluations.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, demo prep, and content creation.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to ensure deliverability.
• Contribute to presales assets like demo environments and use case libraries.

Conhecimentos

Fluent English
