Job summary

Bloomreach is seeking a Principal Solutions Consultant to join its high-energy sales team. You will lead strategic pre-sales cycles, demonstrate AI-powered cross-channel marketing experiences, and partner with executives to drive value across Loomi AI-powered solutions.

The role focuses on the Americas (US, Canada, LATAM) and involves mentoring the Solutions Consulting team, shaping best practices, and representing Bloomreach at events and with partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of presales and complex enterprise deals in SaaS/marketing.
• Expertise in cross-channel marketing automation and search & merchandising.
• Ability to quantify business impact with ROI models and business cases.
• Strong presentation skills and executive-level communication.
• Experience leading teams of Solutions Consultants.

Responsibilities

• Act as full-platform expert across Marketing and Search & Merchandising.
• Lead tailored product demos for C-suite and above.
• Partner with sales on account strategy and discovery workshops.
• Build business cases and influence pricing discussions.
• Design cross-product solutions to unlock ARR.
• Prototype and implement AI-powered demos and POCs.
• Mentor and coordinate the Solutions Consultants team.
• Represent Bloomreach at industry events and with partners.
