Job summary

Multiplier is seeking a Senior Tax & Filings Specialist for EMEA to own payroll tax filings across UK, Germany, and the Netherlands. This role is remote, part of our Payroll Centre of Excellence, and offers real ownership and visibility with leadership.

You will validate calculations, file RTI and ELSTER, manage Dutch Loonheffingen, and drive a scalable compliance process across regions, ensuring zero errors and on-time submissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll tax compliance or payroll operations with statutory responsibility.
• Deep knowledge of UK, Germany, or Netherlands payroll compliance (RTI, ELSTER, Belastingdienst).
• Experience preparing and submitting statutory payroll filings end-to-end.
• Experience managing statutory notices and meeting 100% of deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own filing and remittance for UK, Germany, and Netherlands.
• Submit PAYE RTI, ELSTER, and Loonheffingen.
• Manage year-end documents: P60, Lohnsteuerbescheinigung, Jaaropgave.
• Maintain buffer to ensure timely regulatory deadlines.
• Monitor legislative changes and update country playbooks.
• Perform three-way reconciliation after each payroll cycle.
