Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or HR or equivalent.
• 7–9 years of payroll experience in EMEA with regulatory focus.
• CPP certification preferred.
• Proven leadership and change-management ability.

• Lead end-to-end payroll cycles for the MEDNA region with timely, accurate processing.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payroll.
• Ensure compliance with country and regional labor laws and tax requirements.
• Oversee payroll team performance, capacity planning and development; manage PTO scheduling and hiring decisions.
