GoGlobal is seeking a UK Payroll Specialist to own end-to-end UK payroll for a diverse client portfolio. Based remotely from Romania as part of the EMEA hub, you will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll cycles and partner with the EMEA RPO and client HR/finance teams.

The role requires deep UK payroll knowledge, experience with PAYE, NIC, RTI, and HMRC submissions, plus a hands-on approach to data quality and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on UK payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of PAYE, NIC, RTI, and statutory payments.
• Experience with HMRC submissions (FPS/EPS) and year-end processes.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end UK payroll processing for a portfolio of GoGlobal clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance and on-time delivery.
• Process inputs including starters, leavers, salary changes, variable pay, overtime, bonuses, and statutory payments.
• Manage RTI submissions to HMRC (FPS/EPS) within deadlines.
• Produce payslips, P60s, P11Ds, P45s and other statutory docs accurately and on time; handle year-end tasks.
• Maintain audit-ready payroll records and support internal/external audits.
• Collaborate with the EMEA RPO and client HR/finance teams to ensure data accuracy and timely processing.
