Job summary

Remoters is seeking a Senior Payroll Implementation Specialist for the Netherlands and Belgium. You will own end-to-end onboarding, collaborating with clients, internal teams and payroll software providers to ensure go-lives are successful.

You will manage data validation in AFAS and EasyPay, develop standardized processes and drive projects from inception to live payroll before handing over to Payroll Operations.

Qualifications

• Several years of direct, hands-on payroll experience in the Netherlands and Belgium

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end payroll implementation projects for NL and BE.
• Attend sales calls as the Country Payroll SME when required.
• Lead planning, execution and monitoring of implementations to ensure timely delivery.
• Validate data in AFAS (NL) and EasyPay (BE) and maintain SOPs for BAU.
• Mentor Payroll Generalists and focus on KPIs and SLAs.
