Informa Group plc is seeking an experienced Payroll Operations professional to manage end-to-end payroll services for the EMEA region, coordinating with external providers across more than 12 countries and a ten-strong payroll team.

You will ensure payroll controls, data privacy compliance, and timely payments, plus monthly reporting and KPI preparation for senior management. The role is based in Colchester with hybrid/homes option and opportunities to work with HR, Benefits and Finance.

Formación

• Few years of payroll experience in a complex organisation.
• EMEA payrolls experience is desirable.
• Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP and data analysis).
• Knowledge of payroll regulations and GDPR considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll for the EMEA region across multiple providers.
• Submit people data to payroll bureaus and resolve payroll issues.
• Perform monthly checks, payroll analyses and KPI reporting.
• Ensure GDPR/data privacy compliance and accurate payroll accounting.
