Job summary

Mind Partners is partnering with Arkance to appoint a hands-on Partner Marketing Manager focused on demand generation and brand activation for new partner solutions in the EMEA region. You will oversee co-marketing with Egnyte and future partners, drive GTM programs, and work closely with regional sales, services, and marketing teams.

This role requires a startup mindset, ownership, and the ability to translate partner opportunities into measurable marketing activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in partner marketing or demand generation within B2B SaaS or digital solutions.
• Ability to influence and coordinate across sales, product, and regional marketing teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt messaging for different partners and audiences.
• Experience designing high-converting sales decks and enablement assets.
• Budget management for co-marketing initiatives and MDF funding.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main marketing point of contact for assigned strategic partners, starting with Egnyte.
• Develop and coordinate joint marketing plans with partners and translate priorities into actionable EMEA programs.
• Manage co-marketing initiatives, MDF funding requests, and reporting.
• Coordinate activity across EMEA and local marketing teams to ensure alignment.
• Activate GTM strategies and coordinate partner launches and market activation across EMEA.
• Design and produce marketing assets (presentations, templates, visuals) and enablement materials.
• Track KPIs and provide insights to optimize campaigns and sales plays.
