the company is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to turn partner ecosystems into a GTM advantage. You will lead partner marketing programs with AI/work-tech partners and create joint go-to-market motions beyond traditional HR partnerships.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to position partner-enabled capabilities, develop launches, and drive pipeline through events, content, and customer stories.

Formación

• 8+ years in partner marketing, ecosystem marketing, alliances, field marketing, or related B2B SaaS GTM role.
• Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market programs with technology partners.
• Ability to translate technical products and integrations into customer stories and commercial programs.

Responsabilidades

• Own the partner-facing GTM strategy and packaging for ecosystem partnerships and integrations.
• Partner with Product and Integrations on what is built, while owning positioning of partner-enabled capabilities.
• Develop joint launches, campaigns, events, content, customer stories, and executive programs with strategic partners.
• Translate partner-enabled capabilities into clear customer value, use cases, messaging, and differentiated positioning.
• Build repeatable partner marketing motions across co-marketing, field activation, account opportunities, customer advocacy, and sales enablement.
• Work with Sales and Field Marketing to activate partners through events, regional programs, ABM opportunities, and customer moments.
