Job summary

Contentstack is seeking an experienced Partner Engineer to scale our EMEA partner ecosystem. You will own the technical relationship for 20–30 strategic partners, enable their teams, review solutions, and support co-sell opportunities across CMS, DXP, and AI-enabled content platforms.

You’ll work within Product Experience and Partnerships to empower partners with reference architectures, training, and best practices, including data governance and EU hosting considerations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or solutions architecture within SaaS or PaaS, ideally across CMS, DXP, commerce, MACH, or composable technologies.
• Hands-on experience with headless and composable architectures, including APIs, and frameworks such as Next.js and Nuxt.
• Multilingual experience with English plus a second European language is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own partner technical enablement: build and execute enablement strategies across portfolio, including training, certification paths, sandbox environments, tech talks, workshops, and office hours.
• Review partner solutions: evaluate accelerators, integrations, and apps for architecture, performance, and alignment with best practices, providing credible feedback.
• Support pipeline and co-sell: partner with account teams on technical discovery, architecture reviews, demos, and POCs for partner-sourced opportunities.
• Guide integration and solution architecture: help partners design reference architectures and integrations across commerce, DAM, search, personalization, CDP and AI.
• Support data governance and EU hosting: advise on GDPR, data residency and EU hosting considerations.
• Own technical relationships: serve as the senior technical point of contact for named partners.
• Create a feedback loop: capture partner feedback on product, training, docs, AI tooling, and competitive positioning.
