Dexory in Wallingford, CT is hiring a Graduate Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify leads for our robotic logistics software. You will identify prospects with genuine interest, arrange meetings, and demonstrate our software to potential clients.

You will work with a small, fast-growing team, reporting to the Sales group, and spend 1–2 days weekly onsite in the Wallingford office. Fluency in another European language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Highly proactive in constantly looking for ways to generate new leads and referrals.
• Strong intuition for identifying right prospects and initiating introductions.
• Experience creating and updating spreadsheets and presentations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with hands-on problem solving.
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-growing business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research to identify market opportunities and potential leads.
• Arrange business meetings and demonstrations of our software.
• Maintain LinkedIn accounts and Hubspot CRM to manage leads.
• Keep updated on trends in logistics and competitive movements.
• Provide feedback to sales on process improvements and lead quality.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop well-targeted leads for the team.
