Job summary

SambaNova Systems is seeking a seasoned Field & Partner Marketing Manager to accelerate pipeline in the region. You will lead regional field activations, partner programs, and ABM initiatives, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and partners to drive measurable revenue impact.

Reporting to the VP of Demand and Field Marketing, you’ll own integrated campaigns, executive events, and local demand programs while aligning with global strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise technology marketing, with significant field/partner marketing, demand gen, or integrated campaigns.
• Proven track record of programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
• Experience partnering with enterprise sales and regional leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Own regional field marketing activations strategy and execution aligned to pipeline goals.
• Partner with Comms, Demand Gen, Marketing Ops, Product Marketing, and Digital teams to localize campaigns.
• Track, measure, and report marketing contribution to pipeline, bookings, and ROI.
• Plan and execute regional events, executive roundtables, customer workshops, and sponsored activities.
• Develop ABM programs with Sales to engage target accounts.
• Support executive engagements, customer meetings, industry conferences, and VIP experiences.
• Ensure follow-up and orchestration of campaigns before, during, and after field activations.
• Lead regional partner marketing strategy across cloud, technology, channel, and alliance partners.
• Build and execute joint go-to-market campaigns, co-sponsored events, webinars, and content syndication.
• Collaborate with partner teams to maximize MDF investments and drive pipeline outcomes.
