• Proven ability to translate regional plans into programs that drive pipeline.
• Strong event planning and executive engagement experience across EMEA.
• Data-driven with pipeline reporting, attribution, and budget optimization.
• Willingness to travel ~60% across EMEA and internationally.

Aufgaben

• Translate the annual EMEA field marketing plan into a detailed calendar of programs, campaigns, owners, milestones, and follow-up actions.
• Execute integrated regional campaigns across events, executive programs, account-based marketing, digital, content, and partner channels.
• Own regional performance reporting including pipeline sourced, revenue influenced, account engagement, progression, and cost per outcome; use insights to optimize the portfolio.
• Plan and deliver Armada's EMEA field event portfolio, including the Sovereign AI Tour, executive dinners, roundtables, roadshows, third-party conferences, partner activations, and customer programs.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, and Experiential Marketing to bring campaigns and launches to life in the region.
• Budget and Operations: Own day-to-day budget management for EMEA field programs, including estimates, purchase orders, invoices, accruals, reconciliations, and forecast updates.
