• Proven success building EMEA programs that generate pipeline and advance enterprise sales cycles.
• Deep experience partnering with regional Sales leaders to translate territory plans into focused marketing programs.
• Strong event and executive engagement expertise across multiple EMEA markets, from intimate C‑suite programs to major conferences.
• Data‑driven planning and measurement with fluency in pipeline reporting, attribution, and budget optimization.
• Excellent project management and communication skills to lead cross‑functional workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Translate the annual EMEA field marketing plan into a calendar of programs, campaigns, owners, milestones, and follow‑ups aligned to pipeline goals.
• Execute integrated regional campaigns across events, executive programs, ABM, digital, content, and partner channels.
• Create market‑specific programs reflecting local dynamics while maintaining a global brand narrative.
• Own regional performance reporting on pipeline sourced and revenue influenced; optimize the portfolio.
