Job summary

Hack The Box is seeking an experienced EMEA Field Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing strategy across Europe, with a focus on commercial and enterprise markets. You will partner with the EMEA Sales organization to build integrated programs that generate demand, engage priority accounts, accelerate opportunities, and grow pipeline.

The role covers ABM, digital campaigns, webinars, partner activation, and customer marketing, translating global campaigns into regional programs.

Qualifications

• At least five years of B2B marketing experience with field marketing, ABM, or integrated campaigns.
• Experience marketing enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity-focused solutions is preferred.
• Proven ability to build regional, multi-channel programs that drive pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA field marketing strategy from ideation to execution and measurement.
• Develop quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with regional pipeline goals.
• Create integrated regional campaigns using ABM, digital programs, events, and partner initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Demand Gen, Partner Marketing, and Product Marketing to translate global campaigns regionally.
