Reporting to the Global Field Enablement Lead, you will help transition field teams into a unified security sales engine and localize global bootcamps and learning paths.

Responsibilities

Drive Field Readiness: localize and execute training events to accelerate ramp times and seller proficiency.
Deliver a Unified Security Message: enable regional sellers with a clear security narrative for cloud and AI.
Partner Cross-Functionally: collaborate with GTM Enablement, Enablement Operations, and Product Marketing.
Scale Partner Enablement: support regional channel partners with consistent product knowledge.
Optimize Local Processes: design targeted interventions for regional knowledge gaps.
