Axon is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel based in Boston to support the sales teams worldwide. You will structure and negotiate complex contracts across SaaS, hardware, and services, while leading a contracts team and refining playbooks.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and scaling contract processes in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• J.D. and bar in at least one US state, or eligibility to practice in UK/EU.
• Minimum of 5 years negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts.
• Experience negotiating contracts for SaaS, hardware and services.
• In-house experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support global sales teams with complex contract negotiations.
• Structure, review and negotiate contracts for Axon's products and services.
• Lead Contracts Managers and enforce risk levels.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, risk analyses and playbooks.
• Support contract lifecycle management system implementation.
• Provide regulatory compliance guidance as needed.
• Travel up to 15%.
