Job summary

Axon seeks a Corporate Counsel to support its global sales teams by structuring and negotiating complex commercial contracts. You will partner with Sales, IT, and Product to manage risk and scale contracting processes.

You will be in-office 4x per week at an Axon hub in the United States, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive timely deal execution while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong governance.

Qualifications

• J.D. and admission to a U.S. state bar in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts.
• Experience with SaaS, hardware and services contracts.
• Experience negotiating international agreements.
• Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate high-volume commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on transactional matters related to sale of Axon products and services.
• Structure, review and negotiate contracts for goods, services and SaaS solutions.
• Supervise Contracts Managers and enforce risk levels.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, risk analyses, and policies.
• Support contract lifecycle management system implementation.
