Job summary

Axon is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to join its contracts and corporate team. You will structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements for global sales of Axon’s public safety technology, advise on regulatory matters, and lead processes to scale contract workflows.

Qualified candidates have a J.D., at least three years of in-house or equivalent experience, and experience negotiating SaaS, hardware, and services. Must be licensed in at least one U.S.

Qualifications

• J.D. with active U.S. bar license.

Responsibilities

• Structure, review and negotiate high-volume commercial contracts (SaaS, hardware, services).
• Provide legal advice on regulatory matters related to Axon operations.
• Supervise Contracts Managers and enforce contract templates and workflows.
• Develop and maintain risk analyses, playbooks and policy language.
• Lead contract lifecycle management system implementation and ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with attorneys, business teams and IT to support scale.
• Promote efficient processes and cross-functional alignment.
