Axon seeks a Corporate Counsel to join the contracts and corporate team, supporting Axon’s global sales and cross-functional partners.

You will structure and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including SaaS, hardware and services, and help scale contracting processes. A J.D. and US bar admission are required, with in-office 4x weekly at US hub locations. AI experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts (in-house preferred).
• Structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume of contracts for SaaS, hardware and services.
• Experience negotiating SaaS, IaaS and/or PaaS contracts.
• Must be a J.D. and admitted to the US bar in good standing.
• Experience negotiating international agreements.
• Experience with AI to automate processes and workflows.

Aufgaben

• Provide legal advice to global business partners on transactional matters including sales of Axon’s products.
• Structure, review and negotiate contracts for goods, services and SaaS solutions; assess risk.
• Supervise Contracts Managers and enforce Axon’s risk standards and playbooks.
• Draft and maintain contract templates, risk analyses, policies, and procedures.
• Support development and deployment of the contract lifecycle management system.
• Collaborate with attorneys and teams to mentor others and improve processes.
