Job summary

Axon is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to join the contracts and corporate team supporting Axon's global sales. You will structure, review and negotiate complex transactions, collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Software, Hardware, Product and IT, and help scale our business. Location: NYC; in-office 4x week (Tue–Fri).

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts.
Experience drafting and negotiating high-volume SaaS, hardware, and services contracts.
Knowledge of procurement laws in UK/EU.
J.D. and active bar in US or UK/EU.

Responsibilities

Support EMEA sales teams and potentially other regions.
Provide legal advice on transactional matters for Axon’s products.
Supervise Contracts Managers and enforce risk levels.
Draft and maintain template contract language and risk analyses.
Develop and implement contract lifecycle management system.
