Job summary

Axon is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to join our contracts and corporate team in Atlanta, GA. This in-house role supports global sales, negotiates complex commercial contracts, and helps build scalable contracting processes.

You will partner with Sales, IT, Product, and external teams; manage risk analyses and template language; mentor Contracts Managers; and travel up to 15% as needed. JD and bar admission required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts.
• Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate high-volume commercial contracts including SaaS, hardware, and services.
• Knowledge of procurement laws for UK/EU; US market experience welcomed.
• Must be located on the east coast and eligible to work in the US.
• J.D. and bar admission in at least one US state or UK/EU authorization.

Responsibilities

• Support the EMEA region sales teams and other regions as needed.
• Provide legal advice on transactional matters related to Axon’s products and services.
• Structure, review and negotiate contracts; perform risk analyses.
• Lead development of template language and policies; support CLM implementation.
• Supervise Contracts Managers and manage contracting processes at scale.
• Travel up to 15% as required.
