ServiceNow is seeking an Associate Creative Director-level leader to drive design excellence for the EMEA region. You will steer brand work across campaigns, events, and digital touchpoints while aligning with global Brand leadership.

You’ll manage an embedded studio, ensure brand consistency, and lead with a strong point of view, embracing AI-powered tools to enhance creativity and efficiency in a dynamic enterprise marketing environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in brand creative, design systems and scaling brands across markets.
• Experience with global teams, balancing global brand consistency with regional nuance.
• Expertise in creative tools: Adobe CC and Figma.
• Active use of AI-powered creative tools to improve quality and speed.
• Hands-on craft with strong creative direction and vision.
• Belief in brand power with disciplined, consistent application.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, studio teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong presentation skills to communicate ideas to leadership.
• Experience in diverse outputs from campaigns to live events.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing in enterprise tech.

Responsibilities

• Set the creative ambition for the EMEA region and protect the brand identity.
• Translate business priorities into on-brand creative strategies and executions.
• Ensure regional work ladders up to global brand platform while reflecting local nuance.
• Champion brand consistency across channels with rigor and craft.
• Oversee creative quality across events, campaigns, social, digital, OOH, editorial design, film.
• Direct and inspire embedded studio to deliver high-quality output.
• Contribute hands-on to concepting, design, art direction, or writing when needed.
• Bring bold, brand-building POV to briefs and raise the bar for enterprise marketing.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered tools to scale creative output without compromising quality.
