Job summary

Finite State is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive outbound and inbound qualification, collaborating with Account Executives to build pipelines across enterprise accounts.

You will leverage AI-assisted outreach, social selling, and data platforms while maintaining accurate CRM records and contributing to regional ABM programs in a fully remote, fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a BDR/ SDR or similar pipeline-generation role.
• Must be an expert in the English language, and also fluent in one or more of German, French, or Italian.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound prospecting via email, phone, video, and social to engage target accounts.
• Use AI-driven tools and data platforms to craft relevant, personalized outreach.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and map needs to Finite State's value proposition.
• Partner with Account Executives to build account plans and execute coordinated engagement.
• Follow up on leads from digital campaigns, events, and partner programs.
