Finite State, a fast-growing remote-first product security company, is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and build a qualified pipeline with Account Executives. You will leverage AI tools, intent data, and social selling to engage target accounts, map buying teams, and create opportunities.

The role reports to the BDR Manager in Marketing and offers a fully remote environment with strong growth potential in cybersecurity

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar pipeline-generation role.
• Must be an expert in the English language, and fluent in one or more of German, French, or Italian.
• CET and GET time zones preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, HubSpot, Warmly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI assistants.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with personalized outreach.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound prospecting via email, phone, video, and social to engage target accounts.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understand pain points, and align needs with value proposition.
• Partner with Account Executives to build account plans and coordinate engagement across target accounts.
• Maintain accurate activity, opportunity, and account records in Salesforce; use Salesloft and HubSpot for outreach.
• Stay current on ICP and vertical trends and contribute to regional pipeline goals.
