Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a senior, networked leader to expand strategic access across Europe’s public sector. You will leverage an established government network to open senior-level conversations, create qualified opportunities, and position TRM at major conferences and forums.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Policy to turn access into pipeline, and you will help the company spot opportunities and risks ahead of competitors in areas like financial crime and sanctions.

Qualifications

• Established network across EMEA government, regulatory bodies, or public-sector practitioner circles.
• Comfortable as a public voice for TRM at conferences or government forums.
• Experience turning relationships into concrete opportunities, not just intros.
• Experience using AI for research, prospecting, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Open senior-level access across priority EMEA public-sector accounts by activating an existing network.
• Build multi-threaded relationships across agencies, regulators, law enforcement, and financial intelligence units.
• Identify and pursue high-value opportunities with government agencies and regulators.
• Represent TRM at conferences, forums, and practitioner events to create qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Policy to convert access into pipeline and opportunities.
• Turn market and regulatory shifts into early-warning signals for TRM.
