Job summary

Blue Origin LLC in Seattle is seeking an experienced EMC Engineer to join the Advanced Concepts and Enterprise Engineering group. You will lead EMI/EMC testing, develop verification strategies, and ensure MIL-STD-461G compliance for avionics and spaceflight systems.

You will operate EMI test equipment, document results, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate across engineering teams to deliver robust aerospace systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on EMC/EMI testing experience across MIL-STD-461 test methods.
• Proficient with EMI test equipment, data analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a responsible engineer for EMI/EMC test and verification.
• Design and refine Test Plans and Procedures for EMI/EMC tests.
• Produce high-quality EMI/EMC test reports with spectral data and margins.
• Troubleshoot EMI issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate across engineering disciplines on EMI/EMC design and validation.
