Job summary

LenelS2 is seeking a motivated candidate to join our Managed Services team as an Embedded Project Manager. You will lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, coordinating with engineering, sales, and operations to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes, manage risks, and drive customer satisfaction. The role requires 3–5 years PM experience and familiarity with Jira or MS Project, plus strong communication

Qualifications

3–5 years in a Project Management or leadership role.
3–5 years of experience managing customer-facing projects in physical security, enterprise software, or infrastructure integration.
3–5 years of experience in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project).

Responsibilities

Lead projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop project roadmaps with scope, milestones, tracking, budgets, and resource allocation.
Define and monitor KPIs; mitigate risks and evolving requirements.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align deliverables with business goals.
Provide regular status reports and risk mitigation strategies; manage handoffs and lessons learned.
