Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an Embedded Project Manager to join LenelS2 Managed Services. You will lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects for critical access and safety systems, coordinating with engineering, sales, QA, and operations.

You will define roadmaps, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure on-time, within-scope delivery while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction. A strong leadership background is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a Project Management or leadership role.
• 3–5 years of experience managing customer-facing projects in physical security, enterprise software, or infrastructure integration.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, including scope definition, milestone tracking, budget management, and resource allocation.
• Define and monitor KPIs to ensure project health, adjusting strategies proactively to mitigate risks and evolving requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status reports, executive summaries, and risk mitigation strategies.
