Job summary

LenelS2 is seeking a motivated Embedded Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects within Managed Services. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget, high-quality results.

You will collaborate with sales, QA, engineering, learning solutions, and field operations to align deliverables with business goals. A 3–5 year track record in project leadership and Jira/MS Project experience is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a Project Management or leadership role.
• 3–5 years managing customer-facing projects in physical security, enterprise software, or infrastructure integration.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop project roadmaps with scope, milestones, budget, and resources.
• Define and monitor KPIs, mitigating risks and adapting to changing requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align technical deliverables with business goals.
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing status reports and risk mitigation.
• Foster strong customer relationships with transparency and high satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify dependencies and roadblocks early; escalate issues and ensure quality and proper handoffs.
