Job summary

LenelS2 is seeking a motivated Embedded Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects within the Managed Services team. You will bridge technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Sales, and Support, monitor KPIs, and manage risk while fostering strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a Project Management or leadership role.
• 3–5 years of experience managing customer-facing projects in physical security, enterprise software, or infrastructure integration.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects.
• Bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide regular status reports and risk mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
