Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an Embedded Project Manager to join LenelS2 Managed Services. You will lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, bridging technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.

You will partner with engineering, sales, support, QA, and operations while driving risk management and continuous improvement. A strong background in security or enterprise software and 3–5 years in PM roles is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a Project Management or leadership role.
• 3–5 years of experience managing customer-facing projects in physical security, enterprise software, or infrastructure integration.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, including scope definition, milestone tracking, budget management, and resource allocation.
• Define and monitor KPIs to ensure project health and adjust strategies to mitigate risks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align technical deliverables with business goals.
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing status reports and risk mitigation strategies.
